Bizarria Shipping and Returns

Postage

Products that are currently in stock are normally dispatched within two working days of your cleared payment. In the event that an item ordered becomes unavailable, you will be immediately notified of this and will be offered a refund for the goods. Bizarria reserves the right to deliver in multiple consignments, however this will be at no extra cost.

All products are shipped discreetly in a plain mailing bag or box, with no indication as to the contents. All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as no responsibility can be taken by Bizarria.co.uk for incorrect information. If the carrier cannot deliver because of an incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement.


Many of our items are sent via services requiring a signature on receipt. In the event that a package is refused or unclaimed and returned to us there are two options: the package can be despatched again on payment of the additional shipping cost; or a refund will be made, minus any costs to us for the original shipping and return.

Delivery times given are for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Bizarria cannot be held responsible for courier/postal delays. However, should your order not arrive within the time expected following our notification of despatch, please contact us and we will endeavour to locate your shipment.
While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.


Shipping Costs: Deliveries start at £0.90 in accordance with the weight of your order. There is a shipping estimator for your convenience, and once goods are added to your basket, you will be able to see the costing of your shipping as you go along. If you change the contents of your basket, please press the update button to recalculate your shipping costs. Please be advised that in addition to the shipping charges stated there is a £1.00 handling charge per order on very small packages and £1.25 on all others.

Please note, the shipping prices are all in GBP, the weights are packaged weights and are not definitive, but are used to assess the correct pricing for your order weight. If you are concerned about the weight/cost of shipping your order, please contact us before placing your order.

We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact Bizarria and inform us of your intent to return the product in accordance with the timescales below. If we believe that the goods have been worn or any of the conditions are not met then we reserve our right to return the goods to you at your cost. Goods which are given free, or as part of an offer, are not exchangable or refundable unless the full offer is returned subject to normal terms and conditions.

Special or customised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damage In Transit : It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage to delivered goods. Details must be recorded on the delivery documentation, and we must be notified no later than 24 hours after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier.

Shortage : It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note and we are to be notified within 24 hours.

Faulty Goods : In the event that you receive faulty goods, we request that you contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to notify us of the fault. We will issue you with a returns authorisation number (RMA) which you should include with your return. Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement where applicable. Goods found to be non-faulty will be returned to you at your cost, together with an administration fee of 10% of the cost of your original order.

Incorrect Goods : Notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not open the manufacturer's packaging or use the items. It is your responsibility to notify us.

Non Deliveries : Bizarria will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 2 days from expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non deliveries, incorrect goods or damaged on delivery outside the stated time scales, except when extenuating circumstances have prevented the notification within the stated time scale. It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned. You are responsible for the item until it is received.

Note: We must be notified of items being returned within 24 hours of receipt. The item must be received by us within 14 days. All returns must be suitably packaged. Damaged or defaced original packaging cannot be credited. We do not cover the cost of you returning products. Where goods are found to be faulty, a refund of the return postage will be sent. We aim to keep this procedure as straightforward as possible. We will attend to all returns as soon as is practically feasible and do our utmost to make the process as stress-free as we can for you.

 

Returns

Bizarria are committed to selling high-quality products but we know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used. We also recommend that you keep your email receipt which contains your order number, as we will need it in the event of any after-sales queries.

Faulty or Damaged Item(s) : Every item is checked prior to despatch, but damage can occur in transit. If the goods arrive damaged or faulty please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (email us via the contact us link on this site and include your order number, item(s) details, your name and address, and details of the fault/damage. We will provide you with our returns address. Please keep all packaging including mail bag, and packing materials as we require these to make a "damaged item" claim against our carrier. Faulty/damaged item(s) will be replaced or refunded upon receipt of the faulty/damaged item(s). All faulty/damaged item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving them. Bizarria will refund the cost of the original postage cost to you and the return postage costs to us. For returns please use standard Royal Mail delivery options (we will not refund return postage costs if you use an expensive service such as "Special Delivery" to return the item(s) but please ensure you ask for proof of postage. Include your name, postcode and invoice/order number with the item(s). All returned products must be returned in the original boxes with all contents included.

Change of mind : If you have ordered via the internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification or items that due to their nature cannot be returned, eg: earrings and body jewellery, unless they are faulty. To cancel an order, email us via the contact us link on this site within seven working days after the delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s). Include your order number, item(s) details and your name and address in the email. We will provide you with our returns address. You will have to return the item(s) to us at your own expense but we will refund the cost of the item and original postage cost to you assuming there are no obvious signs of use.

For any returns sent to us you should use standard Royal Mail delivery options but please ensure you ask for a proof of postage. Please include your name, postcode and invoice/order number with the item(s).

All returned products must be returned in the original boxes with all contents included.
